Nine Boutique Hotel description

I had a three bed room just for myself at a budget price. The view from my room was lovely and I could see the sea from my balcony.

My main concern was the breakfast. It consisted of only one slice of toast, some lettuce, a fried egg and sausage. Not filling at all and everyday the same.

Just OK but lousy breakfast.

1. Big spacious clean room for deluxe twin. The ordinary twin/deluxe looked OK for shorter stay. 2. Walking distance most places. 3. NAVER, Korean map and transport app, worked well for Jeju. 4. If needed, Tourist info is at the Cheonjiyeon falls 15 mins walk away.

1. Breakfast the same all week. One slice toast, half a sausage, one fried egg, very few leaves of salad; that's all. Very miserly for a so-descripted boutique hotel. Bad coffee, watery. Orange juice watery, too. When I asked for more jam, I was told only one spoon per person. Trouble was I never got the rationed spoon. 2. We stayed in the delux twin for 8 nights with view of rooftops on level 3. The option for a better seaview was for 4 nights after 3 nights, then move to roofview for the last night. Reception was not helpful. Staff was sullen. 3. We left extra toiletries on shower shelf. These too, were taken away later. No shaving kit. 4. Breakfast was 8 to 9 am. Late comers were pointed to coffee only. 5. Narrow space between beds with sharp bed edges to walk into.

Very late check in which created a check in congestion due to many customers waiting in foyer at the same time. Staff had very poor English and not helpful. No filtered water available

Modern and pretty decoration both inside and outside of the hotel.

Breakfast is nice but cannot imagine having the same thing every day, so a variation would be good.

More than adequate for a two star establishment. A few tweaks and it could easily be a three star.

The rooms were nice and spacious and my son loved the variety of TV channels that he could watch. The public areas of the hotel were rather interesting and pleasant. The books on display had some English titles so I could enjoy a bit of light reading while waiting for taxis or while enjoying a coffee.

Breakfast was a little disappointing as it was the same every morning. Glad we only stayed four days. The hotel was fine as a two star establishment. If we interrupted room cleaning in the morning, the room was left until the late afternoon, which was a little annoying but cleaning hotel rooms is a tough job. Location was OK but my wife later said she would have preferred a more rural location. I just wanted somewhere central so we could reach sightseeing places more easily. Could have done with mosquito nets as the local mosquito population seemed to love our room.
